Siskiyou Humane Society Shelter Evaluation Committee Report - 2007

Purpose and Goal for current year:

For purposes of long and short term planning, analyze information from Staff and volunteers to evaluate repairs, replacements and possible long term planning of the shelter. A committee of people knowledgeable in terms of building and construction was asked to assist the Board in evaluating the shelter buildings. Due to unforeseen circumstances with several committee members and due to the fact that I have just received the data from shelter staff, the committee report will be delayed until later this summer. The data will be available however for our fall strategic planning workshop so that the Board can incorporate it into this year’s plan.
